Coming to camp – All you need to know!

• Plain white (or pale coloured) t-shirt that can be screen printed
• Enough clothes for the duration of camp (please make sure these are suitable for a range of activities and appropriate for a church camp – just think, “would I wear this in front of my grandma AND my best friend?” If yes, then you should be good).
• Underwear (enough for camp please)
• Jumper (just in case it’s cool at night)
• Swimmers/togs (we will be going to the beach!)
• Shoes – you need to wear shoes at camp! Please make sure you have a pair of closed-in shoes (you may wish to bring some thongs/flip flops/sandals as well)
• HAT! (we don’t want any crispy campers returning home)

• LINEN WILL NOT BE PROVIDED (that includes sheets, towels & pillows), please bring:
• Fitted sheet (to go on the mattress)
• Top sheet/blanket/sleeping bag (your sleeping comfort of choice)
• PILLOW! (Don’t forget that or you’ll be using your lumpy jumper stuffed with t-shirts as a pillow – no thank you!)
•  Any other blankets and stuff you need to have a good night’s snooze
• TOWELS! We recommend you bring a beach towel and a bath towel

• TOOTHBRUSH (no bad breath THANK YOU)
• TOOTHPASTE (it’s handy to use with a toothbrush)
• Deodorant
• Soap
• SUNSCREEN­­­
• Insect repellent (if you’re not a fan of the bugs)
• Anything else that you need to stay clean and fresh!

• WATER BOTTLE (you can’t go without your H20) ps. there’s chilled taps and bubblers onsite!
• Bible
• Notebook
• Pen/pencil case

There will be plenty of food onsite however, if you are a fan of snacking all day, feel free bring along some snacks to share with your cabin/small group– just make sure they don’t contain any nuts

PLEASE NOTE: You will be fed on camp – morning & afternoon tea, Breakfast, lunch and dinner (plus supper) will be provided. Snacks are just fun.

If you’re a hungry person (or more importantly, a HANGRY person), bring some snacks along just to be safe!

This year Caffeine Bus – a coffee cart, will be returning to Easter Madness! Sponsored by The Gap Uniting Church’s Night Church, they will be offering coffee, tea, hot chocolates, soft drinks and snacks!

Prices will vary up to about $5 so bring some cash (or an eftpos card) if you would like to make use of them at camp!

• Cups, plates and cutlery (they have them there)
• Loud things – we want camp to be an enjoyable experience for everyone, so please don’t bring loud speakers etc.
• Expensive things! We will all be in shared accommodation and although these rooms are locked via door code, we strongly suggest that all expensive or sentimental items be left home.
• Nuts – we want everyone to be safe and have an enjoyable time at camp, therefore, please don’t bring anything containing nuts to camp.
